Brenna Green

MMFT, LMFTA

Brenna (pronouns: she/her/hers) is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate. She earned her BA in Psychology and her Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy from Converse University.
Brenna has experience in Experiential Therapy and Internal Family Systems Therapy and uses this with her clients to create a space of compassion for the way that they communicate with themselves and with the people in their lives. By creating this space, her goal is that her clients are able to access their parts and connect with them to see how their past experiences affect their communication with themselves and others, striving to increase her client’s insight and self-esteem.
She has experience working with individuals and couples, both within monogamous and polyamorous relationships, as well as individuals and couples who identify as being part of the LGBTQ+ community. She believes that collaborating with her clients to build a space of acceptance and compassion between the parties in the therapy room can allow for deeper understanding and communication to take place. She seeks to give her clients a safe space for their needs to be heard, and to work with them to find reassurance, support, and validation within themselves and within the community and systems around them.
In her free time, Brenna enjoys going to concerts and traveling with her friends, reading as many romance novels as she can find, and playing videogames.
